They are not detail oriented at all. Right off the bat, they misspelled our name and did not correct it in every other document we had to sign. They are supposed to be checking every single detail in every document, but instead, we are catching all the mistakes as the customer. They also do not do what is requested of them right away. Instead, they wait until the last minute. They also sent a huge package of documents to the wrong address because they did not double check before sending it. Very lackluster and error-prone. Would not recommend.
